Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of workplace safety, ensuring compliance.
- Manage Attendance Control Program and address related issues.
- Utilize Shared Work Program knowledge for relevant initiatives.
- Handle workers' compensation matters and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Stay informed about state and federal laws and regulatory requirements.
- Interface effectively with all levels of management and employees.
- Interpret policies and ensure compliance across departments.
- Take responsibility for HR reporting and surveys (EEO-1, logs, wage/benefit surveys).
- Maintain employee personnel files with strict confidentiality.
- Administer leaves of absences in partnership with ADP Totalsource.
- Conduct investigations for employee issues and provide recommendations.
- Demonstrate familiarity with basic employee benefits.
- Prepare periodic reports and perform auditing and reconciliation functions.
- Ensure adequate documentation and compliance with record retention regulations.
- Bachelor's degree
- HR Generalist experience
- ADP or similar HRIS
- Employment laws knowledge
- Strong communication
- Organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Confidentiality commitment
